Bronze Medal

Bronze medals for Ard Scoil at the Pitch and Putt All Ireland Finals in Hillview Pitch and Putt club in Clonmel on Friday 20th May 2022.
A combined score of 323 (-1) from the team of Jack Devine (+8), Scott Griffith (-4) and Dom Scully (-5) left us only 4 shots behind the eventual winners and Munster champions St Brendan’s College, Killarney.
The team of Conor Doyle (+1), Neil Robbins (+1) and James Dunne (+3) on a score of 332 finished 5th.

Great Achievements Through the Year

It has been a great year for Pitch and Putt in the school – winning the Leinster Final in April, (where we had 18 players playing) and yesterday’s achievement of All-Ireland bronze. This could not have happened without the support and encouragement of all in Erry Pitch and Putt club who are doing great work for Juvenile Pitch and Putt in Clara. Thanks to Erry for their generous donation to the lads for today’s final.
Membership and registration for Erry Pitch and Putt club is only €40 for junior members and we would encourage our students to join. Pitch and Putt is fantastic game with many benefits to children and young people including physical and mental health, personal growth and of course Pitch and Putt skills.
