Fresh Film Festival

29 Aug, 2018 | Uncategorized

The Fresh Film Festival Competition has been in operation for over 20 years and celebrates the talents of young filmmakers aged 7-18. Students are invited to make a film on a topic of their choice. Congratulations to first year student Darragh O Rourke whose film about Westmeath’s bygone railway line from Athlone to Mullingar, was chosen for screening in the Leinster Heat of the competition. Darragh travelled to the Odeon Cinema in Dublin to see his film on the big screen on Wednesday 7th March. Well done to Darragh on such a fantastic achievement.
